Sleep Technologies & Tools😴
Contactless sleep technologies that do not pose a burden on participants are promising tools for longitudinal monitoring of sleep in the community. We conducted one of the very first evaluation of multiple contactless sleep technologies in community-dwelling older adults (> 65 years) which was designed to maximize the plausibility of validity for longitudinal monitoring in people living with dementia.
